There is nothing on the farm apart from a few roaming buck seldom seen, so this is just a walk more than anything else. ‘n Man mag mos maar maak asof jy ‘n grootwild boer is. [emoji23]
This time in the morning everything looks prettier.
After a quick breakfast consisting of last nights left over braai, camp is packed up and we hit the road again.
We first stop in Ladismith to talk to a guy we met the previous day. My cousin is looking for a cheapie 4x4 to explore with us so we stop to look at a potential bargain.
I’ve owned two of these XJ’s in previous years and know how bulletproof they can be, especially in the 4.0 trim. This one however was neglected too much and we decide to give it a skip after a quick look and exchanging contact details.
Like kids are, it’s not long before they’re hungry and we stop in Oudtshoorn at this place for the biggest pizza I’ve ever seen.
